Author: If you want to give someone a gift that is sentimental, what kind of gifts would you give them? What would mean something to them alot to be considered as sentimental?
Sentimental gifts are gifts that have meaning behind them. Promise rings, lockets, bracelets, even stuffed animals, or photo books can be really nice sentimental gifts.

The reason that certain gifts are considered sentimental is BECAUSE no one can tell you what they are, most of the time.
A gift is considered sentimental when there is personal meaning behind it, or a story, or something special between the gift giver and receiver. Any gift has the potential to be sentimental if there is meaning behind it.
For example, if you made a necklace for someone, and told them that you put all of your love and positivity into something for them, and they put on the necklace, it would be a sentimental moment. Even if you give something away that means more to you than it does to the receiver, its a sentimental gift.
