My favourite are these andeven though i don’t like christmas pudding i loved these!
Ingredients
* 125g best-quality dark chocolate, finely chopped
* 350g leftover, or freshly cooked and cooled, Christmas pudding
* 60ml sherry
* 2 x 15ml tablespoons golden syrup
line baking sheet with clingfilm or foil. melt the dark chocolate.crumble the pudding and mix in a bowl with the sherry and golden syrup. stir then add the melted chocolate.
compact these ingredients together then shape into mini puddings. melt white chocolate and spoon on top. then decorate with red and green glace cherries
If you are not into cooking why dont you make a gift basket and fill it with pampering treats such as buble baths, face masks, eye cooling masks, a candle, a book etc (most of these things you can pick up a the pound shop so wont be expensive either)

Because teachers tend to be given lots of "Best Teacher" mugs and magnets and chocolates and stuff, I like to donate to charities such as UNICEF in their name, and make them a holiday card. If you donate on websites, they’ll usually send the person an e-card, too.

A good idea would be a unique 100% hand made painting from her favorite photo portrait. This will surely impress her and she’ll see you did your best for making her feel important and special. Here is a website I found out recently, they are pretty good at this you can check out: http://www.paintedsouvenirs.com

It would be nice if you treat your teacher to a spa. Give him/her a spa gift voucher. I recommend a spa which I know. Their facilities and services are top of the line. Their employees are very welcoming and professionals. I know for sure your teacher will love it.
