Top Irish and International Musicians Perform on ‘Ireland’s Finest’ - DVD and Double CD OUT NOW

‘Ireland’s Finest’, is a DVD and double CD of Grammy Award winning musicians, international music stars and some of Ireland’s most talented performers. Recorded live to mark the National Concert Halls silver jubilee, the star studded line-up includes six time Grammy award winners Paddy Maloney and The Chieftains, the Irish Broadway singing sensation Colm Wilkinson, acclaimed singer-songwriters Paul Brady, Declan O’Rourke and Brian Kennedy along with Ireland’s flautist supreme, Sir James Galway, amongst many more.

Other artists who are performing on ‘Ireland’s Finest’ include the multi-talented Galician piper, Carlos Núñez, Eurovision winner Eimear Quinn singing The Voice, and jazz pianist and composer Brian Byrne who was identified by reviewers as “the real revelation of the evening …whose performance of [Duke Ellington's] Caravan revealed an arranger with chutzpah” (The Irish Times).

Cara O’Sullivan and Anthony Kearns did solo performances and combined with 50 piece orchestra for Brindisi while Violinist Fionnuala Hunt and Finghin Collins also performed individually and together — Finghin Collins’s Flight of the Bumble Bee was “a master class in letting the music talk for itself” (The Irish Times).

Colm Wilkinson whose performances of Bring Him Home, Music of the Night and The House of the Rising Sun brought the house down and shows he is still one of the most successful Irish musical exports. A host of new arrangements are on this box set and all artists were accompanied by the Orchestra of the National Concert Hall which was conducted by David Brophy and the show was hosted by Ryan Tubridy.

Going on a shopping spree and just wanted to know the best places to go..I already know about lenox square mall and cumberland mall and atlantic station as well…Open to new options..thx!!!
I would also like to know of any lowkey spots where you can find different pieces of clothing (fashion forward) as oppose to your typical mall shopping experience………….thx greatly appreciated??

We go up to Dawsonville, up 400 … but frankly, I think you find the best stuff in TJ Maxx, Ross and Marshall’s. They have a good, up-to-date selection and the prices generally beat the outlets.

When I’m in the mood for the mall, I generally drive to Lenox since they have some of the same shops that can be found on Madison Avenue, in NY. My daughter seems to like Town Park in Kennesaw. (If you go there, hit Marshalls, Ross also — which are down the road on Barrett Pkwy.)

ok so they have the new artist jeans that i LOVE but im going to an outlet mall in Lincoln city, Oregon and i want to know if you think they would have them in the store?

Just in a couple of weeks. I’m not a fan of their jeans they are made pretty big and sqaure. So, when you go try them on because they are suppose to be more form fitted than the older ones.
