I’m 14 and me and my sisters are trying to think of ideas of gifts we can make for our mom, for her birthday or christmas. I like scrapbooky-craftsy things and cute stuff like that. Any ideas?

Reading, PA has the best outlets, and the best ones aren't in outlet malls. There are several outlet complexes throughout town that have been there long before there were outlet malls. The other good thing is there is no sales tax on clothing in Pennsylvania.

Does anyone know where these stores are or how I can find out more about them? I have exhausted every eBay site I can think of to no avail. I just keep getting information about how to post online.
